OBD1 so the CEL doesn't trigger from carbon build-up in the SAI and it's easier to flash a tune

no varioram so less things that could go wrong and varioram only offers like 13 more hp on paper

25 yrs old now so don't need to worry about emissions testing in my state

Did you do that yourself? If so I would recommend getting it tuned properly to run without a cat, otherwise big noise will be accompanied by big problems ;)

No, the PO did it. Personally, I wouldn't modify anything like that. But it has an aftermarket performance chip installed too, and it's been idle adapted with a Bosch hammer. '95 911's have a notorious low idle issue.

The '95 years only have 1 oxygen sensor and don't freak out over the cats being removed (OBD1)... they updated the 911's to OBD2 in '96 and later so removing the cats would/will freak them out.


I drive it out to the country all the time... it doesn't even burn oil (yet)...
