99.999% of the time it either won't work or will cause instability.

fuck cancelling my order for 1x 8...... i'll just get 2x 8 of same shit. any recommendation for same spec i specified in op?

Generally mix matching works 90%of the time.
Its the odd time you have issues.
Both my kids have had mix match sets for years and no issues.

It can cause issues but it's normally not going to.
Just keep in mind if one set is slow both sets get down clocked to the lower sets speed.

Yeah, OK. I won't link the problem we just had like 3-4 weeks ago, with mis-matched RAM. :/

Did I saw it works 100% without issue... No old man.
So just go spread mis information elsewhere.
