But lookin for a setup!

Would like for a 12 button mouse if possible, so not sure to go with Corsair or Logitech or Razr

For keyboards Ducky is arguable they best.
All you really want is to be sure its cherry mx switch and has some weight to it.
There are some budget boards that are ok'ish as well.

For mouses just get anything with a reputable brand you like the feel of....
logitech / steel series / Corsair / etc
