Stupid question from someone who have played D2 for almost 10 years, but still. Heed my quest!

I have a party of 4 chars in the same cowrun. One stupid partymemeber kills the king... Can no one in the party open cow level after this stupid action?

Your assumption is correct. When someone in your party kills the King, you can no longer make the cow level on that character.
