I leveled 2 lvl99 sin and necro legit last season probably more if I count my extra char in game to top Diablo in chaos game after I finish with nith and Baal in chaos games 😂

You must be.
There are still items around in NL that cannot possibly exist in ladder, most of the ones in question have well documented ownership histories precisely because they can no longer exist.
Several have detrimental effects on what is considered the "fairness" of PVP.

Just rush someone in a legit way, and be sure there will be more than 53% to complain rush is slow.

Just an example in act 2. Arcanes hacked, first way is the good one. Arcanes legit, first way is rarely the good one and rush can be 2 to 4 times more longer than with hacks.
