He was wanted for a felony stolen property warrant when he was found in the stolen vehicle and tried to do a runner across active traffic on I5
He was filmed crying in pain while being carted away afterwards

Maybe that was a CHAZ/CHOP vehicle taken with eminent domain?

interstate highway/freeway “closed” by a mob of pale pasty privileged lefties that’s a good one. how did those cars parked in the middle of the highway with no lights on the driver had to swerve to avoid get there if it was closed?
