I miss XP :/

Oh... so do I. They should have just re-coded XP to handle any amount of RAM, and function flawlessly on 64 bit hardware, and all would be right with the world.
They did release a 64 bit version of XP but they were too far ahead of the hardware, and it never caught on.

This may make you feel better though. I've only been "adjusting" Win 10 for about two weeks... but I'm getting there.

Y’all lost me a little bit but, thankyou all for your help. Art I appreciate you,
You never cease to hop into any of my threads willing to help. I appreciate it in a big way.

What info is needed for #2? I’m fixing to install Windows now

Well as stated bios is shit for monitoring tempos at times.
As well as there being literally no work load on the cpu.
Also consider updating bios if you haven't at all.

Go into windows and open up hwmonitor.
let it sit for 5 mins, then open up a benchmark like prime95 or w/e and run it for 15 mins.
SS hw monitor and post back.

Lets see what your at at idle and under full load.
AMD runs hotter, just need to be sure your LOAD temps are safe.
There's also no very little headroom to overclock em so don't expect huge gains even if you get nice temps.
