using a 2.5" sata hard drive/sd to usb 3.0 adapter in my hard drive it reads a mass storage hard drive but i can not access it.

im kinda noob, googling but not to helpful i see lots of videos but can't find the plug im using


/e im retard did more research and i believe i need one that gives some power to the hard drive because old as fuck/10 hard drives wont get power from usb
