How is this a bad thing? Social media companies can opt into acting as a publisher then do as they see fit, and accept the responsibility. Or, they can continue doing what they do with the exception of not censoring people for holding differing viewpoints.

That's incredibly difficult to do with any law that could potentially violate the First Amendment. To challenge EO at the SCOTUS level, first you have to be sure the law itself can't be overturned by the SCOTUS.

Just throwing that out there.

Well that would have no bearing on what happened that prompted the executive order. Some one would have to have been censored for that to apply.

It's too bad that in do this when he said Obama was Kenyan and a secret Muslim.

Let me add.. an honest person wouldn't react to this..
they could say.. "cool independent source verifies my statements" could be a campaign tool. Obviously trump KNOWS he lies. So much for the Rough around the edges lens
