oldschool rules from '13 - a bit more balanced than current ladder.
80% + ES with mana pots is considered abusive.
So a tournament like this chooses either to ban mana pots from ES, or lower ES% on builds - typically lowering es% is a more welcomed and balanced approach.

hmm I'm using the original svs updated ladder rules and not brutal's modified rules, what % es are you?

edit: I'm going to adhere to the old svs ladder rules, where 78% es+80% res is the max
