Only way for a f2p ironman to get rune scimmy is to smith it

I would of put a bond on him then get scimmy then go back to f2p when it ran out >.< unless this is some sick gamble/bet with someone ofc to drag yourself thru the dirt and gravel to achieve this goal lol
