So I need a help Transfering Saves to another Ps4.
Here's a quick story:


Got a PS4 that me and my gf both played on (same acc)
I bought another PS4 so we both have 1 each.
Can I move saves from my RDR2 from 1st PS4 to 2nd PS4?

If I can, it must be done in a way that both consoles can be played in a same time afterwards with those saves.

Off the top of my head, as long as you have ps+, you should be able to transfer save data from one PS4 to another through the settings as long as you are logged into the same account.

Have no PS+ at the moment, would that affect it?
Tried to copy data via ethernet cable which then deleted my installed game from new PS4. Now it cannot run the game obviously.
Should I reinstall the game after I transferred all the data to new ps 4?

i think ps+ has a cloud save you can upload game saves too asuming you log onto the same account you should be able to load those cloud saves
could be wrong though its been over a year since i had ps+ but look into it

Ok I managed it.

1. connect them to same wifi
2. transfer save to new PS4 (RDR2 in this case)
3. Install RDR2 after the transfer is complete

No PS+ required



But god damn it, did they make things complicated instead just making 3 quick step guide.
