I used to be a monster in this game back in the day on regular playstation, setting and breaking scoring records like nobodies business
But nowadays i wait for reviews, especially since tony hawks pro skater 5 was just more or less a broken demo

100% getting this, all the nostalgia from watching that vid!

didnt they already put this out on ps3?pretty sure i bought it... guess its different the ps3 version is tony hawk HD which is 1+2 in HD
milking the shit out of this franchise lmao they just keep putting out different hd remasters of the same game even the ps3 one was th 1+2 at least do 3+4 or something fuck
this is honestly probably the ps3 game with upscaled 4k graphics or something lmao i might be excited if they didnt already have this released

Ps3 wasn’t the full version of tony hawk 1 and 2
They just took the best stages of the two and there was no online
Not sure but I think the ps3 version didn’t have split screen neither




Switch gets skate remastered

i hope they remove that stupid "hold x" to land bullshit the ps3 version had

literally felt it ruined the game you cant hold tricks nearly as long when you need to hold x to land a big jump and not eat shit
you couldnt land in a manual to another jump for shit either like in actual thps games you could chain so much shit together


i hope in the remaster those are all how they were cause the ps3 version felt like they changed a lot and it wasnt for the better

That is correct. It's the original/ps3 version game with 4k graphics. A 'remake' is more of an accurate way to describe it. The same way they remade Final Fantasy 7, they added things here and there but the story line was true to the original game.

The original pro skater to the HD(PS3) isn't much of a difference. It did have better graphics and they also added multiplayer. I'm sure they will have multiplayer on the remake version as well.
