Do they still exist ? Can they still spawn with a lot of mana on them ? Just curious , since I don't see any on the trading forums.

Nope dont spawn anymore unfortunately.
Can have mana & energy but never blue

Armors can still be blue
And shields too (dmg to mana)

No, helmets cant be blue
Only armor & shields (gloves & boots too but not relevant)
