Already sent a ticket to blizzard. But perhaps jsp could solve this for me?

So since yesterday i've been temp banned. Thought i could wait the usual 1 hour and it would be fine.
But I still can't connect, and it seems to be pc-specific rather than being related to IP, account or CD-key.
Here's what I've tried.

Main laptop - Home wifi - CD-key 1 - NO connection (only europe is restricted)
Main laptop - Home wifi - CD-key 2 - NO connection (only europe is restricted)
Main laptop - Phone hotspot - CD-key 1 - NO connection (only europe is restricted)
Main laptop - Phone hotspot - CD-key 2 - NO connection (only europe is restricted)

Backup laptop - Home wifi - CD-key 1 - YES connection
Backup laptop - Home wifi - CD-key 2 - YES connection
Backup laptop - Phone hotspot - CD-key 1 - YES connection
Backup laptop - Phone hotspot - CD-key 2 - YES connection

Any tech savy people out there willing to help me? I've tried turning firewall off and on, doing ipconfig release & renew, but not sure how else the main laptop differs from the other one.
Note that this happened yesterday after i created a series of games too quickly

I am from Poland and I have same problems since yesterday. All other realms is fine but cant connect with Europe

This post will be meh since i dont have the europe bnet ip adress with me. But.

Inside regedit u can clear/refresh the IP of the realms. It sounds as if this file has got corrupted for d2 on ur main laptop. It happens sometimes if u play private realms or mods.

Inside regedit theres a bnet string which says
Useast
Xxxxx.xxx.xxx

Europe
Xxxx.xxx.xxxx

West
Xxx.x.x.xx.xx

I hope u can google it based on my answer.

If its not that, sounds like a port/firewall issue. But id like to think all realms wouldnt work then.

try this:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

open hosts as administrator

in the bottom put this :

5.42.181.16 europe.battle.net
5.42.181.17 europe.battle.net
5.42.181.18 europe.battle.net
