you can easily build a stacker with 100Ex that obliterates everything in the game.

imo: great congrats you got a hh. why playing Arc then? Most useless combo. You wont get any faster with hh since arc limits you hard on speed. Go Ek or (a bit more expensive though) power syphon.

can i turn my guardian into and power shipon?

ek and arc are 100% the same gear, PS is more investment

With hh spark/ek > arc.
