So I used a respec for the dex requirement, forgetting like a noob that Ko adds 10 dex Ah well, had too much strength and points in Cold Mastery anyway.

Stats with HotO staff and crafted FCR belt, hits 105 breakpoint:


Stats with HotO staff and Snowclash, Blizzard hits harder but FCR goes down a breakpoint. Could use a second FCR ring but don't really wanna swap out SoJ!
