Under "Settings" add a box allowing Easy Mode to be toggled on or off.

Reasons
-Easily viewable for players, versus the somewhat hidden command of: /set easy 1 & /set easy 0
-Helps on Mobile to tick/untick the box, rather than typing in the chat every time
-We won't have to continuously tell players this command exists

This is not a discussion of whether easy mode should work after 71+, simply stating that this function should be viewable and accessible under the "Settings" gear icon.
