Trying to get this into an Avatar URL but have no idea how :(

If you want to embed an image, you'll have to use the direct link to the image.
Chrome: right click on image > copy image address
Firefox: right click on image > copy image location

However, if you want to use it as an Avatar, you'll have to reduce the image size.
