veggie stir fry
bell peppers, onions, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, bok choy, mushrooms, snow peas, baby corn, water chestnuts any combo of those you want, i typically use what ever i have on hand unless im planning on making it special and then ill get everything i can thats in season
i make a sauce with teriyaki, hoisin, sesame oil and rice vinegar, in it i add some thai red chili paste, minced/microplaned grated garlic and ginger some chopped cilantro and some sliced scallions
i serve that over what ever kinda rice/noodle you want
its awesome, i typically when i make it make a big batch and keep it in the fridge and will eat it as leftovers a few times. also, i make extra of the sauce and put it in a jar
at this point its all vegetarian, and im pretty sure vegan, altho im not 100% sure cuz i dont care.
when i make mine, ill use beef or chicken or shrimp personally but if you wanted you could put tofu in yours
