Mobo: rog strix b450-f gaming
Psu 750 watt EVGA


PC runs at 99% edu 90A limit 255 in ryzen master and only runs at lower edc when in power saving mode but won't in balanced in both ryzen or windows. And recommends using balanced, does this affect performance if it's in power saving?
