honestly my thought is if red 13 isnt playable i cant have the same line up i did in the orig meaning it wont be as nostalgic

Not in the game since he is post midgar, lineup is same as before you leave, tifa, bar, cloud, aerith.

All in all if they finish the story with the same depth, it will go from the 40 hours or so it takes to finish everything like gold choco, kotr, quad, etc to a easily 150+ hour series with all the stories being told.

They streched 4 hours from the original into 30+ that i thoroughly enjoyed more than any game recently single player wise.

Again.... this is the first game of I believe they said 3 installments. The game is only midgars portion because they built a ton of story around smaller themes in the OG. So vincent yuffie red aren’t really included yet.

tbh i didnt look that into this game i didnt even know it was coming out until a buddy told me like 2 days before

ye they milking it but they have been pretty forthcoming about it being multiple parts and ending where it did waaaay before even the demo.

its actually made me want to go buy 7 on pc and play new threat + extra mods.

YA my main issue is that I've played the original. I'm not sure i could play a remake that's only partial. I'll have to wait another 10 years and then buy the complete set lol.
