iirc that's an issue with a bios setting or its failing to communicate with the ssd/hdd.
You can try remaking the windows 10 usb drive or using a dvd with its optical drive/external optical drive.
Make sure the drive is set as the first boot option in the bios.
Make sure the drive is physically secured all the way in.
Scan the drive with a live (bootable) software.. EG:
