Make sure you do a complete uninstall of Diablo II

careful, if your ip is tagged as it probably is now it will just ban those new keys.

you need to change both the keys and your IP (legitimate IP change or proxy)

I cannot provide further support on that so you need to do what you can :)

not only this, but it flags the account associated with the tagged ip and key, so you have to swap ip, key, and the account you play on.
