Google 'Barbarian Rend Build with Wrath of the Wastes' and go to the first link for icy-veins. You can use the same site and go to link /d3/barbarian-builds. It will bring you to a bunch of other builds if the whirlwind/rend doesn't interest you.

It's a top tier barb build for solo greater rift.

Ok ty but it seems like that die alot from poison any tips for that?

If poison specifically is something you're worried about then you can always wear Mara's Kaleidoscope amulet.

This should not be a problem after u get a decent build and properly use ur mitigation skills.
