It is to boost Fire Blast and CE from DS. The skill setup is a little different for a cowtrapper with this setup.

I feel like with the best gear a javazon might be better then a hammerdin pvm hardcore, I like a character that can do anything and survive anything.

why the cowtrapper name? can it do all of hell difficulty every act?

because where there are fire immunes or low density it's like he was running with only 1 weapon and nothing else, and phoenix only helps his ce, with a fireblast claw he would do better damage on all monsters
