Lawbringer is a pretty popular route to go for A5 merc, though for Throne the knockback from Sanctuary could be counter-productive. His damage won't be brilliant either - the Decrep proc is the main attraction, which I'm guessing you'll already be getting from the hdin's mercs.
If you want big damage, go for an eth upped Headstriker. One-handed swords do double damage on an A5 merc :)

What bonuses is he getting from Arreat's? Gulliface is nice for that crushing blow :)
