Laptop acer window 10.
I would like to have opinion about what can be the problem.
Sorry if my english isn't really clear lol
It happen to me since a while , at any moment it can work perfectly for like 2 - 3 days and crashes at any various and any programs.
Sometimes it crash few time in few hours and need reboot by press the power button no other way it don't respond anymore.
Someone have a idea? :D

Have you checked your temperatures? If CPU heats too much it auto-shuts down to prevent damages.
If your laptop is at least 1 year old you may need to perform some maintenance/cleaning.

I will check the temperature of all the computer.
But it just freeze the screen , the laptop continue to be on power just it don't respond anymore it's that.
Yes the laptop have almost 3 years. I do cleaning each week.

What model and what OS?
Have you tried to factory reset the device?

Apparently the temperature are fine so it's not the problem.
I have change my internet debit adsl for the fiber does it can come from that?

May be time to replace the HDD.
