I really like the idea of a cold + fire caster druid! Arctic Blast is such a badass spell. Though I hear its damage output is just awful

That all sounds impossible once in hell.
Just play what you really want to play. Then youll enjoy it. Playing something bc people say its cool will frustrate you.

Not only are those almost impossible on hell, the merc will be under geared and just overall bad. 3 of the 10 scenarios have act 3 mercs lol

polar bear with act 5 lawbringer can be decent.

but voted act 5 merc singer as that is my next wt after current necromancer. the build makes sence since lawbringer is achieveble, act 5 merc can hit hard and ur bo + wc helps merc and his curse helps wc and wc is not boosted by act 2 merc auras.

anything that isn't a3 merc is easy because he can just stunlock anything with mindblast/shockwave and let merc kill

That's a fair point about the A3 mercs. Most of the builds are going to be very tough as it is, adding a terrible merc will only compound the difficulty
