I wanted to get idea of how I should skill and stat a paladin.

I have spoke with a few and have a general idea what to do... but I want to see what other people’s take on paladin is.

I plan on doing sword/club with chain/plate.

~80 vita rest strength.

Power strike and knockdown for me as I dont particularly like charge when getting hit, just seems slow.
Revenge is too lackluster for solo imo.

So literally a downgraded barb.

I saw someone said revenge, what does revenge do? Benefits of it?

hits front two columns, so good for groups, usually hits at least 2 in solo.
Main issue for me is charges when hit, but it's acceptable and certainly can be used over knockdown

no reason to not use power strike for solo though

i would agree, stat vita based on how good your tanks are (75-95). Revenge and powerstrike to 50+ then you can add in another you like.. Retribution, multistrike, knockdown, ect...
Solo pally isnt that bad, you could also heal yourself with salvation if you have a decent heal.

I can give this revenge and ps a go... worst case I can always MQ fail reset me

there's always reroll if you hate it.

one other tip, revenge is TERRIBLE before level 25 as mobs dont do any damage until then.

I was going to do PS and point up str until 35 like the run yesterday then do a swap to revenge.

Then level STR up after I hit 80 in vit.
