Martial Law in Florida?. People were out there partying and still celebrating spring break on the beaches.
All the restaurants were open. College kids partying and enjoying spring break with not a care in the world.
I hope none of those kids traveled back home and got their parents or grandparents sick. It seems selfish.

Where's the parenting? I guess they have no control over their college-aged kids.
But with most campuses still being shut down guess where they'll likely be staying?
It's kind of scary that spring break didn't suffer. The businesses still made that $$$$$!

I'm so thankful that my company is still working as an essential business (supply and chain or warehouse/storage) which allows us to stay open despite the stay-at-home order in the state. My fiancee is a nurse practitioner though, so while neither of us have to worry about losing our jobs i have to worry about catching this shit from her because they aren't properly equipping medical staff.

I have friends that manage restaurants and one that is a mechanic who is having his hours cut because business is dropping off right now. People with new borns and young kids that don't have work anymore. It's terrible.

Hoping this ends sooner rather than later, for the sake of all these people affected.

On a real note I know because of the issues a lot of landlords/banks are giving people breaks on their payments for a couple months.

The same thing is occurring in my state in terms of water/electricity so for you begin searching for work(tons of places are in dire need right now, especially transportation and medical) and notify all your major creditors of your situation so you can set something up to stay afloat and remediate the stress a bit.

Good luck again, this is hitting everyone in different ways so A LOT of people and companies are being as helpful as they can in this time.
