Isnt that just a screenshot of some item in LOD? Maybe one of the LOD uniques?

edit: looks nearly the same as LOD unique "Grandfather"

It was bought by Eric aka. Usbeast. It either expired or was banned on his accs

Pretty sure he paid 400 but for it just to lose it
