All the FF13 Hate, Its honestly one of my favorite games. I loved the Story (especially 13-2 and LR). I loved Lightning, Serah, Yeul is amazing. Snow is a dumbass but enjoyable. Sazh and Hope meh, Vanille was great.


The story was a little meh at the beginning, but I loved the way they closed it all out and together. Yeul, Serah, Caius, Noel. Just some amazing moment in 13-2.

Actully just resttarted 13 last night. In chapter 3.

I'll say, however, that FFX suffers from the same criticism of being too linear, so if nothing else it made me reevaluate my own tastes. I guess everyone has their own personal tastes and nostalgias.

That's usually the knock on 13, but I don't really get why. Chapter wise, yes 1-12 are boring, but 13-15 are free world. But 13-15 is also majority of the game. X is similar, 8 is as well. 7 and 9 disc 1 is pretty straight forward. But 13 is always knocked for it.

As for the Characters, true, but 13-2 might be the best cast of Characters in a FF game, and pretty much no one gave it a chance.
