Start off: I use all 16 characters playing LS, but, I want the information to be like a Gif animation (showing each character, class, name) with their individual "level" etc appearing in a 5 second delay etc. Background is static of course.
Not sure it can be done, but they say nothing is impossible when doing this setup.
This is possible with a Gif, but IMO not worth the trouble. To get the image to be < 70KB and look nice IMO is going to be insanely hard.
But IMO your scenario is solved by using a rotating image.
Like you see on my sig, I have 4 different images that can potentially show. So I could literally do the same image on all 16 of them, the only thing that changes is the char it is currently showing. So it would randomly choose 1 of the 16 chars each time someone loads your image and that is what is displayed.
