Cool looking item but as long as W-button exists such scepter needs to be out of this world to be good

grief also has low ds (hybrid has 20%)
and no fcr
and no ar bonus

and libbys still use it for pvp just saying

Grief on switch with different shield makes this scepter neglible

My point was, 2os Fools scepter could have chance to beat Grief in utility.
Grief still has more average damage with smaller difference in min-max.

Rares beat Grief because of 1300 ar and 40% ds. Maybe that +3 bh in this case
