Never buy any Surface ever they are all complete garbage at insane prices for what you get.

$600 Microsoft Surface Go 10″ - Pentium Gold 4415Y 1.6 GHz - 8 GB RAM - 128 GB SSD

Pentium Gold 4415Y is a terrible under-powered CPU from 2017 comparable to what you would get in a $50 smartphone today. You can get something literally multiple times faster for less money built better.

$600 could buy you a very nice 10th Gen Intel i5 or even i7 inside something from Lenovo or Dell. Even a junk PC from HP or an Acer Swift would be better.

As for question about web browser. They are all the same the differences are superficial just marketing. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera every modern browser is Chromium. The only difference is who makes money from selling your information.
