Good point, I'll find the correct description.
I never did it myself, I guess the best is a mix of dragon & dream. Indeed, Holy Fire, as fire damages, should add to the explosion AOE damages I think ^^

Mhh for example with the Tankazon keyword Google returns:
- HC Untwinked Tankazon Guide: https://www.diabloii.net/forums/threads/hc-untwinked-tankazon-guide.527484/
- Palazon Battlemaid v1.10, by Sokar Rostau: https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Guide:Palazon_Battlemaid_v1.10,_by_Sokar_Rostau

I forgot the Tankazon section on theamazonbasin: https://www.theamazonbasin.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/94460-tankazon-resources/

You should add Blizzballer to the bi-element section for sorceress.

Blizzard/Fireball: use Blizzard as main attack, and Fireball against immunes.

It is a great list and very well organized!

One feedback I would have it that it would be helpful to assign a ranking to each build, either by effectiveness in P1 vs P8 games or overall killing speed/survivability.

For example:

-A hammerdin / Javazon would be an S tier character class.
-A bear druid / bowzon would be a B tier character class.
-A bow sorc / Fireball necromancer would be an F tier class.

If that case I think 2 classements would be nice to implement at the same time : efficiency & fun/originality. No ?
For example a riftsin is not very efficient, but very fun^^
