After spending 1-2yrs developing, blizz found out it will not able to compete against POE2 or at least do not meet the expectation of gamers and they are not capable of fixing it. They will kill it/cancelled before release it.

Poe2 ? Dont make me laugh. Both PoE as well as D3 wont be a match for D4. But still D4 as it is right now is more like D3.5 which is not good enough to meet old school players expectations.
