Acer Aspire E5-522-89W6 is my laptop model. The earphones are bluetooth CE Wrap Earbuds (model: HD0855). My OS is Windows 10 professional.

As seen in the below picture, I'm unable to connect to the CE Wrap earbuds Stereo and only am able to connect to CE Wrap Earbuds Hands-Free AG Audio. From some forums, I've read that being unable to connect to CE Wrap earbuds Stereo may be the issue. The quality is limited to only 1 channel on CE Wrap Earbuds Hands-Free AG Audio with 16 bit 8000HZ (telephone quality) and cannot be changed. I have upgraded all of the drivers on my computer using Winzip Driver Updater (including Bluetooth) and am confused as to WTF the issue is.

Winzip Driver Updater

That's probably your biggest issue, update from manufacturer only and disable windows 10 auto driver update.
Resolve that and ensure your drivers are actually up to date then post back.

I updated directly from the manufacturer website prior to ever using Winzip Driver Updater. Same problem occurred.
