tele ammys and circs are bm afaik. people tested builds like tele ammy nado druid and it was op as fuck and just forced u to run until charges were up.

it looks viable to me, but i have very little experience building/dueling one tbh.

Would have dragon flight ready as well

Tele staffs are allowed class specific
Tele charges in any form outside of a staff are not allowed. If you want to use them for messing around in pubs go for it. Nobody will care until you're winning every duel because of the massive advantage. Tournament wise, they'll be strictly banned.
