that one is fine if you're not using magic luck. With magic luck i believe in general items can spawn with the tier above as a general rule of thumb.
so max ee on a tier 3 that you can find using no magic luck: 60ee,
Using magic luck t3: 80ee

I don’t think t3 with 25 strength is possible to drop now even with overspawn.
That would make it an unspawn.

It’s now only 1 tier maximum.
So t3 with 20 strength is still possible.

that's sick, t3 or t4? as that's a massive overspawn if it's a t3.

Unless you mean you bought it. As we still have "unspawns" where the item spawned at a time where even tier 1's could spawn with 40 dex etc.

ya its a t4 I misread it.. either way its a perf overspawn so its cute the very least
