Can upgrade gpu/cpu/ram down road as needed and maintain a solid rig for awhile.
Psu will handle anything you put in it for future.

idk about dropping gpu by 1/3 ... my build was in price range when he posted, just hope he went for it then.
got to look at the date of some of these ur replying to mate.

1650s performs on par with rx590 from what I've seen, or between a 580 and 590, will less power consumption.
And it was all within a week, never know how long people take to order.
