My girl wants to start learning more on pc and eventually play the games I play, so let's see what you can come up with. I prefer Intel but AMD seems to be more budget friendly.

Do have access to local microcenter aswell.

1080p 60fps medium settings is fine for now.

Budget:$5-600
More specific use (what games, what programs): Rust, EFT ETC..
Planned time until purchase: Any time
Do you need an Operating System?: no
Do you have any specific preferred components?: 1TB HD and 250gb SSD
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: no
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: stock
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 17350

Can upgrade gpu/cpu/ram down road as needed and maintain a solid rig for awhile.
Psu will handle anything you put in it for future.

1650s performs on par with rx590 from what I've seen, or between a 580 and 590, will less power consumption.
And it was all within a week, never know how long people take to order.
