But then you look at the West v East.
Don't even have to be a .500 team the majority of the time to get the 6th seed in the East.
More often than not if you're not at least 8 games over 500 in the West you're missing the playoffs.
LeBron carried the cavs without IT/Irving & for the most part Love to the finals.
LeBron couldn't carry an injured lakers team in the West to even a 500 record.
A real star would've elevated his teammates and carried them to the 8th seed in the East. Kemba needs Tatum & Brown two players who both could be all-star reserves to sniff the playoffs.

If you're not going to admit getting to 500 in the East is at least achievable for a star. You're more of a blind homer than I thought.
This year it's looking like it's a tad different as the east isn't complete dogshit outside of two or three teams.. But for the past bajillion years what I just said is the truth.

Theres a slight chance he could miss them this year. Down 3 starters, 5 rotational players. As well as missing CJ for games.
Lillard 3 games out of the playoffs with Memelol, a player who has inflated stats, and rookies/players who've never seen minutes before this year.
