my old kept sending me a 3 months bill even tho I called them like 15 times for over nearly 2 years to make it monthly. Then they sent me the 3 months bill and for some reason I had a charge/fine for not paying in due and they sent that to my dad. At one point they ended up being similar so I paid one of the bills thinking it was the same one which it wasn’t and the fuckers sent me to debt collection which charged me a rather decent fine

Partialy my fault I guess for not checking up on it properly but jesus how hard can it be to have me pay monthly instead of a stupid 3 monthly pay and to sent me my bills and not to my dad

it’s the biggest company in my country and started out really well in the start, but it seems like a lot of other companies too that when they become so big they just stop giving a fuck

Costumer service is through messages tho
but If you bring ur own phone and can manage basic apn stuff, it's a great option for less $

Plus we pay the highest mobile rates in the world. For regular internet aswell.

My friend worked for some delivery/transportation company. They had a contract with Media Markt, and they didn't pay them for like 3-4 months even there was several warning letters from them, they delayed it with ridiculous reasons. It was only like a 1000$ bill, literally pennies for a company like media markt but it was life and death for the small delivery company. So they filed bankruptcy against them because they were "unable to pay a 3+ months old bill". They paid the next day!
