Carr has all kinds of weapons now. This season is really make or break, and I think odds are good he proves he's a starting QB. Last season we had a dearth of talent on offense; this year we've added 2 new WRs and...for some reason another RB? We'll see where this goes, but if Carr can't get it done with this roster, I have a feeling he'll be riding the pine for another team after this year.

I think he'll succeed. Last 2 seasons he has had minimal help...as long as Ruggs is decent, I think this team will compete for a WC spot.
