Due to the "Trigger a socketed Spell when u use a kill" the build got perma Tempest shield wich increased the Block chance to 72/76/66
thought about investing in increasing it, but there is no need to go the extra mile for the additional block.
An equal shield with more spell block does not even exist on the server.
Having a level 20 Steelskin everytime the CD is down and 46% chance to evade on Top (without flasks) makes it tanky enough for any possible situation in the game.
