It's good to have a sleep schedule, healthy for your body. What's not healthy is going to bed late every weekend, probably why most of you are tired and abuse coffee.

The best way to explain it is General IT. I do everything related to IT work. No specific focus on one aspect. Something goes down or isn't working correctly I fix it.

I worked 54 hours this week, today I woke up, guess wat, lets work some more, home stuff, atm I want to cut of my leggs and neck and maybe stomach, no time to eat,

yesterday I really wished that I would die already~ happens
