is it normal for poles to break, obv durability is a stat on em soo

You need to alternate between reel and letting the rod bar tick down once then reel again. Only hitting snag when it pops up.

It’s a pacing game.

Poles with no/low durability will break if you fail.
Poles with higher durability will only remove durability if you fail

ping pong, in a way. Dura goes down, you reel, dura goes down, reel again. Just hit "snag counter" as soon as the word "Snag" appears.

If dura gets too low, cut the line.

just release the line if you are gonna lose it. saves the rod for another use!
