haha the 10/10/19s were 5 def too at least, so I can definitively call them the new GOATs!

Who needs def when you can stunlock with 20 on you and still slip all punch?

i wonder, could u roll a 10 fcr / 2 os / 3 bone spear caster crafted wand?

5%inc mana / 10% mana regen / 20 mana base mods would be juicy with that. i'd drop +1pnb for that all day.

just not sure how staffmods work on crafts, but both 2 os and 10 fcr are low mods.

would be a one of a kind treasure.

I think it would be 1 bs, but im not sure. I think we tried to roll a pally scepter in open battle net once.

1-3 on a staffmod shouldn't affect level req and should not be subject to ilvl limits. only the tier the staffmods is on behaves that way afaik.

do some rolling! would be fun to see if it's possible.

for an item to spawn bonespear (tier 4) it needs to be at least ilvl 19.
