Is it allow to request WoW Expansion Upgrade through the gifting that blizzard has?

Uhm, I'm not exactly sure how it works, but I think you can only make ISO posts on blizzard credits. Meaning, you can get someone to gift you lets say 50€ and then buy it yourself.
